About Me
With over 35 years of management and business leadership experience, I have spent decades mentoring individuals as they work toward personal goals, develop effective goal setting habits, and build confidence through life’s challenges. My work focuses on guidance, perspective, and personal growth, offering support for overall wellness, emotional balance, and navigating major life transitions.
I want to be clear that I am not a mental health therapist, and I do not provide mental health therapy or clinical services. My role as a certified life coach is to offer non clinical guidance and mentoring using practical, evidence informed frameworks such as cognitive behavioral theory, mindfulness based practices, and acceptance and commitment principles. These tools are used in a coaching context to support self awareness, resilience, and intentional living, not diagnosis or treatment.
My wife is a licensed mental health therapist who owns and operates her own independent private practice. While she has been a valuable mentor to me in understanding ethical boundaries, emotional wellness concepts, and best practices in supporting people responsibly, our professional work is completely separate. Life coaching services provided through this practice are not therapy and are not connected to her clinical practice in any way.
My approach is shaped by a strong work ethic instilled by my grandfather, who taught me that growth comes from effort, heart, and perseverance. Drawing from decades of leadership, mentoring, and lived experience, I now support others in finding clarity, rebuilding confidence, and creating meaningful forward movement, no matter where they are starting.

I assist clients in navigating life transitions, setting meaningful goals, and cultivating happiness using evidence-based approaches, for which I hold certificates in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. I also support clients through grief, depression, and loss, empowering them to embrace change, enhance mental and emotional wellness, and create a balanced, fulfilling life while unlocking their full potential.
