With over three decades of experience in mentoring, coaching, and training sales and finance professionals, my journey in this field has deep roots. My passion for sales was sparked early on by my grandfather, a dedicated tool and die salesperson. As a child, he took me on his sales calls, dressed in a suit and tie, teaching me the fundamentals of connecting with people and closing a deal.

I grew up without a high school diploma and limited work experience in a machine shop, unsure of what my future held. But my grandfather always reminded me that in sales, success isn’t defined by degrees—it’s driven by effort, heart, and resilience. He taught me that sales could offer limitless opportunities for anyone willing to put in the work.

Inspired by his belief in me, I took a leap of faith and accepted a sales role at a local Dodge dealership. What started as a two-year commitment turned into a lifelong, fulfilling career. Today, I draw from that experience to help others unlock their potential, grow in their careers, and succeed—no matter where they start.
